Sourced from exceptional vineyard sites around Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo and south to Edna Valley, this wine is cultivated meticulously by the farmers who have become Eric Jensen’s Favorite Neighbors. With their dedication to the land, he is able to craft a world class wine without any shortcuts or compromises.
Bright cherry-berry fruits and rosy florals form a spicy bouquet as the 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon opens in the glass. This is cool-toned and racy in feel with juicy acidity that propels its tart wild berry fruits. This leaves a subtle coating of fine tannins to linger as licorice and lavender hints slowly fade.
Anticipated maturity: 2023-2029
Deep ruby-purple, the 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon has pretty tones of green bell pepper, dried herbs, thyme, lavender and cedar over a core of red and black currant. The full-bodied palate is ultra juicy and packed with alluringly herbal fruit, and it boasts integrated oak, a soft, approachable frame and a long, perfumed finish.
Anticipated maturity: 2023-2028
Red chili pepper, olives, tobacco and cocoa powder to the fresh cassis and blackberries. Restrainedly opulent and well-structured on the palate, showing impressive length and polished tannins. Great poise here! Delicious now, but will hold.

Deliveries are made through London City Bond.
We deliver Monday-Friday and charges are £16 ex-VAT for the majority of UK postcodes (Highlands and Islands will incur additional charges).
We can also offer next-day delivery for central London addresses if an order is placed before 12:00 the previous day, and also offer same day deliveries at an additional charge.
We can also arrange deliveries to other storage accounts. Prices vary from £12 ex-VAT (within the London City Bond warehouses) to £16 ex-VAT for delivery to all other storage providers (likes of Octavian).

Wines are stored at London City Bond, Creek Road in Barking. All wines are professionally stored under ideal conditions and insured to their full market value. Our current storage fee is £10.50 ex-VAT per 12 bottle case or equivalent per year.
