Tasting Notes

In contrast, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is more round and supple, with loads of pure Napa magic in its notes of creme de cassis, toasted spice, smoked tobacco, and cedar pencil. Full-bodied, opulent, and loaded with fruit, it still stays pure, precise, and focused, with ripe tannins, a layered, multi-dimensional texture, and one incredible finish. I finished my notes with Awesome. Both the 2018 and 2019 are incredible, singular wines readers should seek out.

Glorious purity of fruit here with blackcurrant and violet aromas that follow through to a full body. Yet, it s tight and poised, showing the essence of cabernet sauvignon. Super length. A joy to taste. Fantastic, but try after 2025.
