Tasting Notes

I love the 2017 Estate, which showed even better from bottle than barrel, always a good sign. More structured, full-bodied, tannic, and yet brilliantly balanced, it offers rocking levels of black and blue fruits, toasty oak, white flowers, and lead pencil. It has gained both weight and structure over its elevage and a solid 3-4 years of bottle age are warranted here. It should keep for over two decades.
Anticipated maturity: 2023-2043
