Block B is a limited production of the most intense fruit from this single parcel of east-facing vines in Paderewski Vineyard. It’s always a brooding, rich, mineral-driven wine with bags of savoury notes – everything that makes Paderewski so special. The Syrah for the Authenticity 2017 comes from a single hillside block that brings more spice and opulence, coupled with a dollop of Mourvèdre and aromatic Viognier.
Along the same lines, the 2017 Syrah Block B is 100% Syrah from the Paderewski Vineyard. It’s always a more masculine, powerful Syrah, and the 2017 is no exception. It delivers loads of black fruits, bloody meat, marine-like salinity and minerality, full-bodied richness, sweet tannins, and a blockbuster of a finish. This shows the sexy, ripe style of the vintage, and while it’s a joy to drink today, it certainly has a solid decade of life ahead of it.

Deliveries are made through London City Bond.
We deliver Monday-Friday and charges are £16 ex-VAT for the majority of UK postcodes (Highlands and Islands will incur additional charges).
We can also offer next-day delivery for central London addresses if an order is placed before 12:00 the previous day, and also offer same day deliveries at an additional charge.
We can also arrange deliveries to other storage accounts. Prices vary from £12 ex-VAT (within the London City Bond warehouses) to £16 ex-VAT for delivery to all other storage providers (likes of Octavian).

Wines are stored at London City Bond, Creek Road in Barking. All wines are professionally stored under ideal conditions and insured to their full market value. Our current storage fee is £10.50 ex-VAT per 12 bottle case or equivalent per year.
