Coming more from the G2 and Paderewski vineyards, the 2017 Downstream is based on 66% Zinfandel, 15% Mataro, 9% Grenache, and the balance Petite Sirah, Syrah, Tempranillo, and Viognier. It’s a darker, more black-fruited effort compared to the 2016 and has a powerhouse bouquet of black fruits, smoke tobacco, ground pepper, and cigar wrapper. It too is full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, with a mouth-filling, more structured, foursquare style that should benefit from another year in bottle and keep through 2030.

Delivery & Storage
UK Deliveries
Deliveries are made through London City Bond.
We deliver Monday-Friday and charges are £16 ex-VAT for the majority of UK postcodes (Highlands and Islands will incur additional charges).
We can also offer next-day delivery for central London addresses if an order is placed before 12:00 the previous day, and also offer same day deliveries at an additional charge.
Storage and Transfer fees
We can also arrange deliveries to other storage accounts. Prices vary from £12 ex-VAT (within the London City Bond warehouses) to £16 ex-VAT for delivery to all other storage providers (likes of Octavian).

Storage
Wines are stored at London City Bond, Creek Road in Barking. All wines are professionally stored under ideal conditions and insured to their full market value. Our current storage fee is £10.50 ex-VAT per 12 bottle case or equivalent per year.
