In a quest to produce wines that represent their origins and the cellars they are produced in, the Perfectionist is born. A pursuit of pure fun winemaking. Whole-cluster Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre are co-fermented in concrete cubes, with natural yeast driving the fermentation. The wine is a free spirit blend. Aged 18 months in concrete tanks, bottled and cellared for an additional year. The wine is meant to be a bookend of winemaking styles. Earthy, complex, and far from ordinary!
